Is this an online service, or can I install it on my website?
FileRun is a PHP software that you install on your web server. However, if you are interested in just using it, on one of our servers, please contact us for more info.
How does FileRun overcome servers' upload limitation?
FileRun features a special upload technology that splits larger files in small chunks of data, that are glued back into one piece, on the server, after they are individually transferred. Isn't that smart? ;)
Is the source code of FileRun available for customization?
Only parts of it. You can freely edit the (Smarty) HTML code and also customize the login/authentication code.
How do I know it will work on my server?

How long does it take to install it on a server?
Installation is simple and it only takes minutes. Setup is assisted by a helpful web-based installer. If you need help installing it, we will guide you through each step at no additional cost.
Will you install it for me after purchase?
We offer free installation if you purchase at least a 10 users license. However, the installation process is assisted by a wizard that helps you install FileRun in just a couple of minutes, without requiring advanced technical knowledge.
